"1. THE REST IS HISTORY _ 1066 "
"2. DISSECT _ S9E3 _ WHAT'S THE USE" (ROUGH)
This podcast is scripted, and heavily edited. In my opinion, the delivery of information is like a documentary and it sounds like what a proper music analysis expected to be. The Host really dig down to the meaning of the lyrics and try to correlate it with evidences that he could find from the internet or through his personal researches. The music itself was played per section before the host dissecting that particular part, make it easier for the audience to be on the same page as the host. Sound FX and supporting music only appeared on the beginning make the podcast becoming a bit tiring in the middle.
"3. BROKEN RECORD _ BROCKHAMPTON'S KEVIN ABSTRACT"
- There are 3 speakers
- In my opinion, this podcast is a good balance between scripted and unscripted podcast because the approach of the interview is almost like a casual discussion between friends. I think they have prepared several topics for the runs of the interview, but the host manage to improvise by adding more questions as the guest answers which makes the podcast sounds more natural and conversational. This can turn the podcast less tiring considering the long duration of the podcast.
- This podcast is mostly about the creative process of BROCKHAMPTON on making their latest album ROADRUNNER : NEW LIGHT, NEW MACHINE. They also played the songs on the podcast which make people that have never listened to Brockhampton before can still enjoy the podcast and at the same time promote Brockhampton to new listeners.
